KPIs and recommendations generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes. While you may use AI-generated suggestions in your business, we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
"KPIOPS" and related logos are trademarks of KPIOPS. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
Certain features of our Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with notice.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual). You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Refund policies vary by plan. Please refer to our refund policy at the time of purchase. Generally, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions if you are not satisfied with our Services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Our AI-powered KPI generation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI suggestions should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
